Client Experience Coordinator

We’re looking for a part-time Client Experience Coordinator to support event promotion and communication efforts, internal operations, and client/member experiences.
This role is all about getting things done—owning the details, coordinating moving pieces, and helping delivering hight quality at all times.
What you’ll do:
- Organize and keep projects moving forward—tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, and making sure nothing slips.
- Ensure communication efforts and promotion stay engaging and on brand
- Create a seamless, professional experience across all client and member touch points
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and member experiences throughout the year including logistics, collateral prep, and occasional on-site support.
- Maintain internal systems, support CRM (Hubspot) and project management tools.
You’re a fit if you have:
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, marketing, or administrative support
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable working in systems (CRM, project management tools, etc.)
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through
- Alignment with Acumen’s faith-based mission and values, with a desire to contribute to a purpose-driven organization
Work Environment
- Part-time role (hours can be flexible based on workload and events)
- Hybrid schedule (some availability for in office work expected)
- Occasional in-person support for events throughout the year
